There may become a time when just going through the motions of everyday life, just does not work anymore. Happiness is out there, but grasping it has not been possible. Achieving the happiness you deserve, is one of my primary goals as a counselor.
Why Going to Therapy Does Not Mean You are Weak or Flawed
Change is one of the hardest things that a person can go through. Especially an internal change. I see my clients as brave and strong by knowing that they are seeking therapy to help better their lives by changing aspects of their life that are not working.
