In addition to offering individual DBT Therapy I also offer Skills training groups in Mindfulness, Interpersonal Effectiveness, Emotional Regulation, and Distress Tolerance, DBT Friends and Family Skills Groups and skills groups for those in stable addiction recovery. I also offer Christian Counseling to those who seek it and I work extensively in the areas of stress management, teambuilding and other corporate services to organizations such as Microsoft, eBay, Hitachi, and Seagate.
