I believe that therapy is a collaborative process and that trust and safety are two of the most important aspects in building a strong therapeutic relationship. As a therapist, I am willing and ready to walk with you through the process of facing what you are struggling with and helping you in beginning to heal so that you can regain a sense of peace, understanding, and acceptance. My Role as a Therapist
As a therapist, my role is to provide you with a safe, non-judgmental space which allows you the opportunity to fully express yourself and begin the healing process. I am there to provide guidance as well as reassurance that you are capable to overcome whatever maybe affecting you at the moment. As a therapist, I will accompany you through the healing process and provide you the support and resources that you need.
