My Approach to Helping
Becoming a parent is one of the biggest transitions in life and often one we are not wholly prepared for or supported in by our community or even our partner, try as they might. There is often so much pressure to express only the positive experiences of motherhood and that pressure can lead women feeling isolated and bad. I seek to help relive you of the pressure to be perfect and find ways to be loved and supported in your journey.

The Duration and Frequency of Therapy
In general, therapy lasts anywhere from a few months to a few years depending on the issues being addressed. Together we will determine when therapy is complete. We can think together about whether your goals been met. Are you more satisfied with your life and more connected to the people around you?
