What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist

Being a therapist is a goal I have had for myself since childhood. I believe strongly that therapy can make a huge difference in a person's life, as it has in mine. I want to pass on the gift of this self awareness.

My Therapy Focus

I use an eclectic approach, blending psychoanalysis, insight-oriented therapy, and cognitive-behavioral therapy. I see therapy as a change-oriented process, not just an open dialogue. Therapy requires your commitment to initiating, sticking with, and contemplating productive changes in your life.

I have been practicing meditation for many years and this deeply informs my approach to promoting change in my clients' lives. I teach my clients effective and simple approaches to meditation that offer lasting benefits.
