My Approach to Helping

Psychotherapy is a unique collaborative process.
Are you having trouble in relationships? Creative challenges? Major life transitions, emotional turmoil or loss, can trigger symptoms of depression and anxiety. It can be difficult to face problems - you are not alone. I am interested in helping you.

For over 20 years, I have assisted men, women and youth of all ages to find relief from pain, worry, sorrow, conflict, anger, depression and anxiety. Effective psychotherapy can help you expand self-awareness, discover your strengths and make new choices to improve the quality of your life.

I also offer Group Psychotherapy for adults interested in enhancing or developing intimate relationships, establishing creative work strategies and engaging in psychological self-discovery.

In my geriatric practice, I consult with older adults and families about aging and life choices. I also have experience working with Holocaust survivors and their adult children and grandchildren.
