My Approach to Helping
My approach to helping is based on the idea that we are all impacted by our own unique experiences. I offer an accepting, curious, and nonjudgmental environment that allows me to create an individualized experience based on the needs of each person I work with. I believe the mind and body are intrinsically connected and that treating both together is the most effective way to heal. The relationship I form with my clients is very important to me and I welcome the opportunity to work with people with a variety of life experiences. I aim to use the relationship formed in therapy as a safe place to develop skills for life outside of therapy and overcome ways of being that are no longer helpful.
