Life is full of challenges, responsibilities, and unpredictability. Most people don't dedicate time to mental health or holistic wellness. Those who set aside time to work on the creation and maintenance of positive emotion, adaptive thinking, positive mindset, and holistic wellness often find many benefits! They find it positively impacts relationships, career, academic life, sport performance, creative art performance (writers, actors, directors, musicians), and overall quality of life.
