I believe everything in us is oriented toward survival- survival of surroundings, past experiences and present circumstances, as well as survival of what might be. This internal organization is an awesome force constantly at work on our behalf. It is to be honored and respected.
At the same time, many of us feel a call towards something more than survival. Surviving is necessary, and it is not well-being. Surviving is necessary, and it is not healing. Surviving is not joy, peace, or thriving.
If just surviving, or barely surviving, is NOT enough for you- YES!!!
This is where I come in. My passion is in connection and relationships. My passion lies in you- who you are, what you want and need for your well-being. My belief is that reconnection and healing within ourselves transforms how we engage and connect in our relationships, our communities.
How will we do that? Together we will cultivate trust, spaciousness and intimacy. This will allow us to turn inwards at your body’s pace. As we turn inwards you will learn how to be in a healing and confident relationship with yourself. This relationship will allow you to tap into the wisdom and radiance your amazing humanity has to offer.
