My Approach to Helping
My passion is to empower individuals, couples and families coping with the challenges of life. My life experience and training allow me to bring a wide array of tools to help you identify your best life and move toward that (however you define it). I am experienced in treating clients who have experienced trauma, addiction, dual diagnosis and mental health diagnoses. My approach to therapy employs an evidenced-based attachment-oriented lens, focused on your goals and objectives in a shame-free setting.

How Psychotherapy Can Help
Through a collaborative approach, we can help improve understanding of patterns and habits that may no longer be useful. By building new skills and increasing insight, you can be empowered to build the life you want.
My View on the Purpose of Psychotherapy
The tools and strategies we can explore together, within the context of the therapeutic relationship, can facilitate a new way of seeing yourself and your world. By clearing away old messages and making room for a more loving compassionate self, we can and do change lives.
What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist
I love seeing the light in people when they realize they can let go of their past and move toward a hopeful future.
