What's My Approach to Therapy?

Reaching out for support is often the first step toward meaningful change. Therapy provides a space where you can slow down, share your story, and begin making sense of the experiences and patterns that may be holding you back. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and non-judgmental. Together we work to increase self-awareness, develop healthier boundaries, and build practical tools that support emotional resilience and lasting change. I offer HIPAA-compliant online therapy for individuals located in California, Nevada, Missouri, and Colorado. Telehealth sessions are conducted through a secure and confidential platform that allows you to attend therapy from the comfort and privacy of your home, office, or while traveling. Many clients appreciate the flexibility of online therapy, which removes the need for commuting, scheduling around childcare, or taking extended time away from work.

My Practice & Services

Payment Options I accept the following forms of payment: • Credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express) • Personal checks • HSA and FSA cards, which many clients use to pay for therapy services with pre-tax healthcare funds If you have out-of-network insurance benefits, I can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Insurance and Private Pay Insurance companies often require a mental health diagnosis and may request access to certain personal health information in order to cover services. To maintain greater privacy and flexibility in treatment, I primarily work with clients on a private pay basis. Some clients choose to use out-of-network benefits, which may allow partial reimbursement for therapy sessions. I am happy to help you explore this option. Benefits of Private Pay Therapy • Greater confidentiality and privacy • Freedom to choose the therapist that best fits your needs • Flexibility in treatment length and session structure • The ability to continue therapy even if insurance coverage changes Sliding Scale I offer a limited number of reduced-fee (sliding scale) appointments based on financial need and availability. My goal is to make quality mental health care accessible while maintaining a sustainable practice. Please reach out if you would like to discuss available options.
