My Approach to Helping
Building solid, trusting relationships is among my greatest strengths as a therapist. It is essential for me to help you work on your issues without fear of criticism and a secure sense that you feel accepted. I strive to create a safe, productive place for you to grow, learn and change. I take a comprehensive approach in my work so that we may consider your life experiences, biology, and social environment - all of which influence who you are. We will work collaboratively to identify and change repetitive patterns that may be getting in your way.
I am experienced in working with eating disorders, depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, self-esteem and body image issues, adjustments transitions as well as many other issues as they pertain to relationships. I take a comprehensive approach in my work so that we may consider your life experiences, biology, and social environment.
