My Approach to Helping
If you feel like you need to make a change or you're seeking relief, I can help. Life doesn't have to be so hard, and you're not obligated to do it all alone. I'm here to listen and walk beside you. We'll use a variety of strategies, such as making art and music, deep breathing, and cultivating mindfulness to help you make simple steps toward big improvements. Because personal growth and family connections are so important, I may ask you to bring family members so we can work on healing these relationships, even if the relationship feels hopeless.
I help families and individuals accept themselves and one another. Most of my clients feel relief after every session because they've achieved a renewed sense of purpose and improvement. Clients tell me they appreciate my nonjudgmental and supportive style.

I accept many health insurance plans. If you're concerned about the cost of sessions I can verify your coverage and let you know in advance the cost of each session.
What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist
I am passionate about helping people find direction when they feel like they have tried everything. I'm good at viewing the bigger picture of things in a nonjudgmental way. Through this, I help people and their families to repair broken relationships.
We can talk about our problems until we're blue, but unless we integrate connect the mind and body experiences together, these problems and patterns will continue to cycle. Expressing ourselves through music (no experience or talent needed!) and using mindfulness skills, we are able to break dysfunctional cycles through combining our experiences with what we learn about ourselves in therapy.
