My Approach to Helping

My approach is practical, down to earth and planful based on a cognitive behavioral model of change founded on cutting edge neuroscience research. This approach is entirely focused, mindful and goal directed.

We will develop a plan of change together initially identifying and then bypassing the emotional and behavioral black holes in which we so often become mired and stuck.

If you're not sure where to start, you need not be concerned as I will guide you step by step using a advanced comprehensive communication model emphasizing the building of more effective relationships and increasing family bonds and intimacy.
