My Approach to Helping
Perhaps you are using food, work, or an unhealthy relationship to avoid or numb painful feelings? Using a psycho-spiritual approach and experiential techniques beyond basic talk therapy, I create a safe space helping clients heal and remove the blocks that are keeping them from living a joy-filled life. This approach supported me in my own process of healing from depression and an eating disorder. I now feel committed to sharing these techniques with my clients, which I have been happily doing for over 10 years.
