My Approach to Helping

Using experiential techniques beyond basic "talk therapy," I help clients remove the blocks that are keeping them from living a joy-filled life through helping them access their own inner wisdom. Many of the approaches I use with clients supported me in my own process of healing from depression and an eating disorder. I now feel committed to sharing these techniques with others which I have been happily doing for over 17 years.
