My Approach to Helping

I am passionate about providing a positive environment in which my clients may explore their sexuality, themselves, and everything in between. I am not the judgmental sort and am always curious to know more. I am sometimes ribald, sometimes keen, and strive to always be intuitive and transparent. I love what I do.

I am a Kink Aware Professional and believe that relationships and sex are building blocks to our lives no matter in what form they come. I have experience working with a variety of sexual and relational issues and have worked with people from varying backgrounds, from BDSM to open marriage.

I also work with people struggling with things ranging from grief to addiction or self-esteem and body image to mental illness.

Sometimes we need feedback, a sharp clinical mind, and someone who is trained to help put the puzzle together, someone to help us heal andor explore our own thoughts and feelings. Sometimes we just need a little help so we can feel better. I really want to be that person for you.

I love horses, cooking, art, and design and -- as cliché as it sounds -- am working on my next tattoo design.

What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist

Being a healer gives meaning to my life and a purpose greater than myself. I love being a safe place for those who are hurting, lost, curious, frustrated (or, insert any other human emotion you can think of).

People are fascinating and I feel honored beyond reason to be able to do this work. I love that people strive; that they work hard and suffer and rejoice. The human experience is a flowing piece of artwork and I am its observer.
