If you’re constantly striving to be “perfect,” struggling to say no, or feeling anxious and burnt out from trying to do it all, you’re not alone, and you don’t have to keep carrying it on your own. In my practice, I support people who are navigating the pressures of perfectionism, difficulty setting boundaries, and the chronic stress and anxiety that often come with it.
These patterns often go deeper. Sometimes the pressure to achieve, please, or overfunction is rooted in early emotional wounds, especially those tied to childhood experiences or mother-daughter dynamics. You may find yourself stuck, anxious, overly self-critical, repeating painful cycles, or simply longing for a life that feels more aligned and emotionally fulfilling.
