My Approach to Helping
I have specialized in working with adults, children, their parents, and couples with situations that have impacted their individual emotional well-being and that of their families. In approaching these difficulties, I have used various methods to assist you in working through the difficulties that life may bring. I specialize in anxiety, depression, and perinatalpostpartum issues that can impact your daily life.
I use a variety of approaches that fit your needs which may include solution-focused, cognitive behavioral, narrative, and experiential therapy. Each experience is unique, and I am here to explore with you the needs you have and collaborate in this healing journey.
I can support with processing various difficulties including communication, coping, boundary setting, self-esteem, struggles with life experiences, parenting, couples conflict, and other difficult relationships (i.e. work, family, significant other). I am here to support the progress you aim to achieve; I can support the process while you put in the work towards the progress.
