Pain of any kind can be debilitating, all-consuming and can lead to feeling overwhelmed, stuck or paralyzed. You may feel that it may never go away, that things will never change or an overall sense of hopelessness. Pain appears as addiction, chronic illness, relationship issues, family conflict, depression, grief and loss, anxiety and many other physical and emotional forms. This involves finding someone you feel comfortable with, trust and can help you understand yourself better. I would like to be that guide for you. My approach involves a direct and empathetic connection that leads to powerful growth and change. I have worked with individuals, couples, and families to heal the wounds caused by addiction, conflict in families, grief and loss, trauma and living with chronic painillness.
