Healing begins when your mind, body, and spirit feel aligned and supported. Together, we can create a safe space to evaluate your feelings and beliefs, gently releasing those that no longer serve you, and acknowledging those that do.
Combining experiential therapies like EMDR, parts-based methods, and equine-assisted therapy with mindfulness and attachment techniques, we can work to lift your burden and develop new perspectives and healthier patterns. You will be aided and empowered to sit with your emotions and honor yourself.
