My Approach to Helping

Life is full of challenges, and it can be messy and unpredictable; however, learning ways to silence our inner critic and reframe our thoughts can help clear a new path for self-compassion and personal growth. Growth is almost always uncomfortable but it is always worth the journey.
Jamalynn’s personal story is one of recovery and healing. Jamalynn has experienced first hand the life changing momentum of positive cognitive changes. Jamalynn believes that mind, body, soul health are integrated and work together for the overall health of the individual.
Jamalynn’s professional passion is for helping others, this makes her a strong advocate for individuals and families; she encourages all of her clients to discover their core strengths and assists with teaching coping strategies for life challenges. Jamalynn knows that gaining clarity and understanding of one’s thought process and feelings is crucial to achieving success and producing desired outcomes. She is a firm believer that the principles and values we declare as most important for ourselves should be the ones most easily seen by those closest to us. How we live at home is who we are. It is in that spirit she brings all she is to those she is privileged to serve.
