My Approach to Helping
My goal is to walk with you through the difficult times and teach you how to help yourself, so you are not dependent on a therapist for the rest of your life. My greatest reward as a therapist is seeing you overcome your issue through the techniques learned in treatment. I am an instrument of transformation by aiding in the improvement of your relationship with yourself and others. Using clinically tested and evidenced-based interventions, I have work with individuals, couples, and families since 2006.
