My Approach to Helping

Many young individuals who, despite their education and resources, feel anxious, stymied, and frustrated. I have deep experience working with young professionals who are struggling with workplace anxiety, difficult relationships, and an overall sense of unease and unhappiness. Through self discovery and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy you will learn the tools and techniques to unburden yourself from emotional distress. It’s time that you learn how to acknowledge, appreciate, and harness your everyday emotions.

More Info About My Practice

We all have this internal map that can potentially show us the lay of the land when it comes to our visions, goals, and priorities as individuals. As individuals, we are constantly trying to find meaning in our experiences, so it’s not uncommon for us to be confused about where to go or what to do in life. Overtime, our internal map tends to get crowded and confusing. Through Client-Centered Therapy, I can help you make better sense of where you are in your personal journey. I can help you better identify your destinations and acknowledge any necessary stopovers, and I can help you address and overcome any potential roadblocks along the way.
