As a licensed psychotherapist in New York and New Jersey, I offer in-person and virtual sessions to individuals, couples, and families. I am a relational therapist specializing in complex trauma. Depression, anxiety, panic attacks, posttraumatic stress (PTSD), incest, infidelity, addiction, and codependency are a few examples of the issues I work with in my practice.
My treatment approach is uniquely tailored to each client. Whether I am helping someone to overcome a personal problem or working with a couple on family dynamic, the treatment process begins with a thorough assessment. At this time, I work to identify main concerns as well as individual strengths. These strengths serve as a foundation for the alleviation of troublesome symptoms and facilitate behavioral change.
The pace of treatment depends on the client. I understand that it takes time to earn your trust. I am patient. My approach is sensitive, supportive, and empowering.
I am presently offering a divorce support group and an interpersonal strength-based group.
