My Approach to Helping
If you’re feeling anxious, depressed or disconnected, working with an experienced and licensed therapist can be enormously helpful. I am passionate about empowering you to connect with your voice, create balance in your life, and have the satisfying and fulfilling relationships you deserve. My approach is Holistic, utilizing a combination of Western and Eastern Psychology to integrate Mind, Body, and Spirit which will deepen the relationship you have with yourself. I also have specialized training in Brainspotting, an advanced brain body technique that is helpful in healing emotional trauma, anxiety, mental blocks, physical pain, negative emotions, and can be supportive in other areas such as creativity or sports performance. My work and partnership with clients has been described as empathetic, inquisitive, and genuine and warm.
