I have created a safe, non-judgmental, and comfortable space to addresses each individual's unique needs. My approach supports navigating transitions, overcoming anxiety, transforming destructive patterns, and cultivating new beginnings. My goal is to assist you in developing insights, and building resources to overcome your barriers, and gain the strength and knowledge you need to live a happier and healthier life. I have extensive training and experience working with clients who have trauma, anxiety, depression, suicidal and self-harm behaviors, grief and loss, relationship & family issues, domestic violence, parenting, school issues, and adoption. I have 20+ years of working with children, teens, families, and young adults. My approach is non-judgmental and supportive.
I love to help my clients grow and thrive, and I offer both short and long term therapy. I utilize therapy models such as mindfulness-based therapy, trauma therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and animal-assisted therapy utilizing my certified therapy dog.
