Maybe you've built the life of your dreams, but you're not able to really enjoy it. It still feels like something's missing. You want things to be different, you just don't know how to make that happen. But you do know something needs to change. Most of us feel this way at some point in our lives. Especially when trying to handle the stress of life, relationships and the impact of past events. Of course you feel overwhelmed. Of course your anxiety is through the roof. My name is Lesley, and I have spent the 15+ years helping people feel better, get back "on track" and live a complete, joyful and fulfilling life. I offer both coaching and psychotherapy. I also offer life coaching for entrepreneurs and high-achievers that focuses on helping clients live a more joyful, authentic and fulfilling life in line with their soul-led purpose.
