I offer virtual, face-to-face sessions so my clients feel free to explore their deepest concerns, begin to heal, and grow in the privacy and comfort of their own homes or wherever they need to be. At Adapt Psychiatry, we are deeply committed to helping individuals overcome their challenges. We do so by providing accessible, convenient, effective mental health care that evolves to meet the needs of the modern world.

My formal training makes me qualified to provide treatment, but my life experiences make me capable of providing care. As a member of the LGBTQ community, nonjudgement is my top priority. I offer a genuinely safe space for ALL.
