My goal is not only to reduce your difficult symptoms but also to help you understand yourself better and feel more connected and fulfilled in your life. Together we'll clarify the roots of your troubles, identify your needs, and help you make meaningful changes towards a life that's more connected, rewarding, and whole.
I provide support for adults and adolescents. I work from a psychodynamic foundation because your history offers valuable information about how you developed into the person you are today. We'll draw from this knowledge to help you navigate and overcome today's challenges.
My approach is integrative. I am trained in many modalities and incorporate strategies and techniques from relational, person-centered, cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness, and family approaches to address your needs most effectively. I aim to listen with warmth and compassion, and I also emphasize working together, interacting, and sharing ideas and insights.
