My Approach to Helping

I work with women and men like you who are successful and ‘have it all’ -- the great career, the beautiful children or pets, the great boyfriend, girlfriend, wife, husband, or partner, and the dreamy house or apartment. And yet, you find that having “all of it” sometimes means not having enough. I help people just like you learn to yes to the things they want to say yes to, have more time for yourself, set boundaries, understand how you got into this situation, get in touch with your own wants and desires, communicate in more effective ways with your partner and child(ren), not to take things so personally, and feel more connected to yourself and the people you love.

I also work with worried or anxious children and teens. Kids teens, and young adults do not always know what is happening and have a hard time verbalizing what is going on. I speclize in helping high achieving children whose happiness is now at risk by: staying up too late studying or working long hours, spending time with toxic friends, or procrastinating with applications because they are so worried they won’t get into their top school or job, obsessing over unnessary details. I help children learn effective ways to seek attention and how to communicate their needs and thoughts in words. I've helped many parents increase their confidence and energy and improve their relationships with their child.

There is hope. Help yourself or your child feel better now and develop long lasting skills. Call me today at 415-354-4241.
