What's My Approach to Therapy?
Life can feel heavy sometimes. Stress, relationship struggles, low mood, uncertainty about the future, or the quiet ache of feeling stuck can weigh on you in ways others may never see. On the outside, you may look like you’re managing, but inside, you’re tired of holding it all together alone.
I offer a warm, nonjudgmental space, in-person and online, where you can set down what’s been too heavy to carry by yourself. Together, we’ll explore the challenges you’re facing, uncover the strengths already within you, and create space for clarity, healing, and meaningful change.
Over the years, I’ve walked alongside people as they’ve navigated anxiety and loss, found their voice, built resilience, and stepped into lives that feel more aligned with who they truly are, whether that meant finding or creating their dream home, growing their family, leaving relationships that no longer serve them, or discovering work that lights them up from the inside.
Healing is not one-size-fits-all. It’s a deeply personal journey of reconnecting with yourself. Together, we’ll explore what nourishes your spirit, supports your growth, and helps you feel whole.
With years of experience, I offer a seasoned perspective. I work well with those drawn to soul-centered work. It's a way of working that goes deeper than just solving surface problems. It pays attention to your inner life, your dreams, longings, struggles, and the deeper meaning behind what you're going through. I help patients explore their inner world through dreams, symbols, sandplay, and archetypes It's about healing and growing in a way that feels connected to your true self. Through this process, you’ll gain clarity, reconnect with your authentic self, and create lasting, meaningful change.
There is hope. The life that you want is within reach. Call me today at 415-354-4241.
My Practice & Services
Yoko, my small delightful, hypoallergenic therapy dog may join your sessions. She is a calm and loving presence. Her gentle, intuitive nature helps patients feel safe and supported. She brings comfort, warmth, and grounding to both children and adults. I have found that therapy dogs provide several benefits, such as reducing stress, fears, and anxiety, and enhancing self-esteem, mood, social interaction skills, and cognitive functions. My therapy dog seems to provide comfort through physical contact and encourage engagement, which helps improve various skills and build trusting relationships.
I currently have openings for adults in person or via telehealth throughout California and via telehealth only in Illinois.
How Psychotherapy Can Help
Depth and soul-centered therapy are ways of working that go beyond just solving problems or reducing symptoms. It's about helping people connect more deeply to their inner life, their emotions, dreams, values, and the parts of themselves that may feel forgotten or lost. I work with the whole person, including the unconscious, to support healing, meaning, and a sense of purpose. It's especially helpful for people who are seeking more than just coping; they want transformation, depth, and connection to who they truly are.
In therapy, we build a safe and trusting relationship where you can explore deep emotions, sometimes even parts of yourself you didn't realize were there. Gently uncovering and working with these forgotten or hidden parts can lead to real healing and a stronger sense of who you are. Over time, this kind of work helps people feel more whole, more like themselves
I use dreamwork and sandplay to facilitate deep emotional healing and psychological transformation. Furthermore, incorporating my therapy dog into sessions can help reduce stress and anxiety, enhance mood, boost self-esteem, lessen fears, and build trusting relationships.
