Therapy is a relationship where we can address our pain, heal, and find our True Self. I will listen to you and work with you to gain insight, learn new ideas and behaviors, and achieve your goals. I believe understanding our past relationships and experiences helps us to increase our insight and awareness of our current situation, where the actual change happens, and the changes in the present will help us to move forward to better future. The treatment I provide is individualistic and unique to meet your needs.
