My Approach to Helping
For some of us, the challenges around dealing with childhood trauma seem extraordinary. Maybe you have found that depression has become more difficult to process alone. Perhaps you are considering solutions to reduce panic-related symptoms, or you have tried them more than once but to no avail to reduce anxiety.
Together, we will explore your feelings, circumstances, and options. I will help you grow in coping with what is right before you and navigating your present and future. Our sessions will be safe spaces, full of empathy and devoid of judgment - you can bring your genuine thoughts and feelings. You can fully express yourself, which is essential to healing and growth. Empathy is the center of facilitating an environment where you can share your struggles and feel comfortable doing so. You can encounter a non-judgmental, therapeutic relationship. Whether you are experiencing trauma, depression, anxiety, or struggling with self-esteem and self-worth, you will find an advocate in your corner through support and encouragement. As a Christian, I am happy to offer prayer if desired.
