My Approach to Helping

Therapy is a process of growth and self-discovery and I have the tools and professional experience to help you get back on track.

I am Danielle Young, a Licensed Professional Counselor who has been an active change agent in Fort Bend County for the past 10 years. I pride myself in service and strengthening individuals and families. I draw on my own experiences of joy and suffering to connect with my clients in an authentic way. I offer compassionate and authentic individualized psycho-therapeutic services in a safe, nurturing, and collaborative environment.

Being understood, being heard and validation of our experiences and feelings is something that we all strive for. Whether you're down or anxious, unsure about the future of a relationship, or just feel that you aren't living the life you were meant to lead, therapy can help you recognize underlying problems, fully realize your strengths, and adjust certain behaviors and thoughts to achieve a healthier, RENEWED sense of self.

My goal is to guide you through appropriate processes and techniques to help you gain the clarity and emotional balance needed to uncover your ideal catalyst for change and a RENEWED sense of self.
