In my practice at One Behavioral, I have the privilege of working with a diverse range of patients, spanning from the age of 5 and onwards, across various socioeconomic backgrounds. My goal is to cater to the unique needs of each individual through our comprehensive outpatient programs.

My treatment approach is rooted in several key modalities. Firstly, I employ Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), a method that has proven to be highly effective in addressing a wide array of psychological concerns. Additionally, I prioritize cultural sensitivity in my practice, recognizing the importance of understanding and respecting the unique backgrounds and perspectives of each person I work with.

Emotionally Focused Therapy is another integral aspect of my approach, aiming to foster healthy emotional connections and interpersonal relationships. I also integrate coaching techniques to empower individuals in achieving their personal goals and overcoming challenges. Lastly, my practice is firmly grounded in a person-focused approach, recognizing the individuality and uniqueness of each person's experiences and struggles.
