I also provide teen therapy for gifted teens and teen athletes as depression and anxiety has significantly increased among these teens.

What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist

What I love about being a therapist for teens and families is the opportunity to enter a teen and family's life at a critical moment in their lives and help them overcome the obstacles in the way of hope, happiness, and connected family relationships. To make a difference in a teen's life and be able to help them change the trajectory and path they are on will ensure that they have the best chance or transitioning into a healthy adult life. As that trajectory is changed and the teen develops into a healthy adult, the change affected impacts the generations that follow. I can't imagine doing a more important, rewarding, and fulfilling work!
