We can use a variety of tools to help you accomplish your goals and achieve lasting change: strength-based counseling, solution-focused techniques, whole-person strategies, educational approaches, reading material, homework suggestions ~ for this part-art, part-science journey.

TELEPHONE AND IN-PERSON SERVICES ARE OFFERED with client-friendly hours to accommodate your schedule. Advantages of services by phone include scheduling flexibility, convenience, no commute to provider's office (especially helpful for work travel, busy personal/professional schedule, child care matters, transportation concerns, inclement weather, disability, distant location), eliminates encounters with others in waiting room, feeling comfortable in your own familiar setting.
