Conscious Counseling & Coaching is a small, solo practice that synthesizes my previous corporate business experience with years as a non-profit trauma counselor, a solution-focused brief therapy Employee Assistance Program (EAP) counselor and a clinical therapist in a group practice. Committed to overall health and well-being, I offer daytime, evening and Saturday sessions. I respond personally to each email and phone call and invite you to a free initial phone consultation to discuss your goals and answer any questions you may have about my approach or the process.
