My Approach to Helping
My primary therapeutic orientations are cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused therapy; however, I strongly believe that it is essential to meet you "where you are at" using my developed professional skills to provide you with a therapeutic orientation necessary to move you toward a place of peace, healing, and feeling of stability.
