No single approach can work for everyone, so I tailor therapy to each client's needs. I use an eclectic mix of mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT), cognitive-behavioral therapy, humanistic psychology, client-centered therapy, psychodynamic psychotherapy, positive psychology, relational therapy, and psychoeducation. I am also knowledgeable about psychopharmacology and can coordinate treatment strategies with medication management by a psychiatrist. I have research and clinical experience in evidence-based practice and have treated a range of mental health issues.
