I have worked with people just like you, who feel overwhelmed day to day. People who would love to reduce these negative emotions and start to feel in control again and re-energized. I have been a practicing psychotherapist for over 15 years. I have conducted workshops on managing stress, anger, setting goals, assertiveness and the use of various relaxation techniques. I have worked with people suffering from depression, stress and anxiety and have helped people make significant behavioral and emotional changes.
Sometimes, even the strongest people amongst us need a little bit of help to work through some of life’s more challenging problems. I offer individual psychotherapy, to adults struggling with anxiety, depression & stress. I also work with members of law enforcement and caregivers of people with special needs, who often feel alone in their struggles.
