My Approach to Helping
Anxiety is mentally over-powering and physically exhausting; so much so its crippling to the point you can't breathe. It can feel nerve wrenching and interfere with your ability to function. Anxiety can ruin your entire day; or keep you up all night. This feels awful and like there is no hope. Feeling like you are going to lose control, or freak out can feel like you're going to die.
