What's My Approach to Therapy?

You’ve got a lot going on, and it feels overwhelming. Maybe you have too many choices and can’t decide what to do. I help individuals and couples reclaim their personal power and author a life story that is just right for them. Maybe therapy seems like something you don't "need," but you want to move from surviving to thriving and know something needs to change. You want to feel better and get some relief but are not sure how to get there. My approach is warm, collaborative, and directive.
