I am a compassionate and non-judgmental therapist who uses CBT, Psychodynamic, Person-Centered, and Strength Focused therapies with a multicultural and feminist lens to achieve meaningful change in my clients' lives. I enjoy supporting individuals and families, ages 5 and up, as they connect with and understand the power they hold when they are bonded and supportive of one another.
