My Approach to Helping

Being a teen or young adult can be an increasingly stressful and anxiety filled time in one's life. There are so many emotions, social pressures, and unknowns about the future. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Registered Yoga Teacher who is passionate about helping teens and young adults live a happier, healthier life. My goal is to empower and equip young people with the tools they need to embrace change and overcome any future life challenges. I take a holistic approach and believe wellness starts by being more aware of the connection between our mind and body. By using yoga and mindfulness-based techniques, I help individuals focus more on the present moment to decrease feelings of anxiety and depression. More importantly, I provide compassionate support in a safe and non-judgmental environment.
