My Approach to Helping

There are so many emotions, social pressures, and unknowns about the future. However, with the right support and healthy coping skills, it is possible to become a successful, resilient adult.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Registered Yoga Teacher specializing in helping teens and young adults live happier, healthier, more well-balanced lives. My passion is to empower and equip young people with the tools they need to embrace change and overcome any future life challenges they may encounter. I take a holistic approach and believe wellness starts by becoming more aware of the connection between our mind and body. By using yoga and mindfulness-based techniques, I help individuals focus more on the present moment to decrease feelings of anxiety and depression. More importantly, I provide compassionate support in a safe and non-judgmental environment.
