My approach to therapy is collaborative and shaped according to your needs. Helping you feel empowered and effectively chase your life goals and values is my passion. I provide evidence-based therapy, choosing techniques that research shows to be effective in overcoming complex trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and stress. Specializing in complex trauma, PTSD, anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, and recovery from toxic relationships, my aim is not only to alleviate symptoms but to create inner safety and work collaboratively to uncover and address the root causes of your challenges. Providing individual therapy via telehealth as well as at my office in Winter Springs, I am committed to helping clients feel empowered throughout the therapy process. Sessions are typically 60 minutes and I offer longer appointments for those who request additional time. I understand therapy is a commitment and getting started can seem very daunting, which is why I do not require weekly or biweekly attendance.
