My Approach to Helping
My approach to therapy is collaborative and shaped according to your needs. Helping you recover from complex trauma & PTSD, anxiety, and relationship issues so you can effectively chase your life goals and values is my passion. I provide evidence-based therapy, choosing techniques that research shows to be effective in helping overcome trauma, anxiety, and stress.

My philosophy is rooted in a deeply compassionate and personalized approach to mental health counseling. I believe that each individual’s journey is unique, and so should be their therapy. Specializing in complex trauma, anxiety, stress, as well as relationship challenges and recovery from toxic relationships, my aim is not only to alleviate symptoms but to create inner safety and work collaboratively with you to uncover and address the root causes of your challenges.
