My Approach to Helping
My approach to therapy is trauma-informed and offers evidence-based treatment that provides you with a clear path to self-realization and healing. Clients reach out to me in pursuit of a therapist who is relatable and nonjudgmental; one who provides positive insights and objective feedback in a safe setting. I specialize in working with anyone facing issues related to complex trauma (C-PTSD), anxiety, stress, as well as addictions and other self-sabotaging thoughts and behaviors. Whether you are feeling tethered to the past, living in the future, or feeling too anxious to participate in life, you can learn ways to properly cope with unpleasant life experiences and regulate emotions in the present. Using a holistic and evidence-based approach, my practice revolves around helping you find relief from negative symptoms and improve overall wellness.
