My Approach to Helping
Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, or any other difficulties in life . . . you are not alone! I know how it feels when the dark walls of life start to close in. When you would give anything just to have one day when you do not feel anxious, stressed, or depressed. To have a day when the thoughts that have been pounding non-stop in your head to finally stop. Believe me, you can know how it feels when the mental darkness finally starts to evaporate, and you start to feel the warmth of the sun and the coolness of the breeze on your face again. You can take control of it. I speak from personal experience, and from my experience with helping so many other people who have also gone through similarly difficult times.
More Info About My Practice
In addition to assisting with mental health issues, I also work with families and parents who are struggling with raising their children, or having difficulty regaining control of their child(ren)'s poor behavior. This can be especially difficult when you are separated or divorced, and the other parent is refusing to co-parent respectfully. Conflict between parents is not helpful to children, and their exposure to the conflict can have long-lasting negative effects. But there is a way to successfully raise your children, even in the most difficult of situations. And there are techniques that can be used to help make the home environment much less stressful and disorganized.
I provide therapy during the daytime, and to assist those who work during the day - I also provide therapy in the evenings and Saturday mornings. Feel free to let me know what time of day works best for you.
