When you would give anything just to have one day when you do not feel anxious, stressed, or depressed. To have a day when the thoughts that have been pounding non-stop in your head to finally stop. Believe me, you can know how it feels when the mental darkness finally starts to evaporate, and you start to feel the warmth of the sun and the coolness of the breeze on your face again. You can take control of it. I speak from personal experience, and from my experience with helping so many other people who have also gone through similarly difficult times.
