My Approach to Helping

Many people question what therapy is like, for some, therapy is a last resort. In my opinion, therapy is a journey where the client and therapist work together to uncover underlying issues that may be barriers and work towards defined goals. In therapy, one is encouraged to speak freely and comfortably. This is an unbiased, safe and secure environment, where the individual can work through and discover new solutions. I draw on the client's inner strengths and work to transfer those qualities to other facets of the client's reality. I work with wide range in population from early childhood to late adulthood.
