I have had many years of experience working with men and women struggling through personal difficulties from grief,to social fears and dating issues, to teaching couples how to fight fairly. I am a practical, solution focused therapist and I utilize a wide variety of techniques that can help you achieve positive results quickly. I have, also, had over 20 years of experience helping couples and individuals heal after infidelity. I assure you that all communication with me is private and that you will be treated with dignity and respect. I work with you to help heal the wounds created by this breach and I provide the tools necessary to help you rebuild the trust and intimacy in your relationship again. Affair recovery is a lot of work and often quite painful but I believe every marriage has hope and is certainly worth the effort to try and rebuild, perhaps even to something better than it was. Research indicates that receiving counseling after an affair is the single best predictor of marital recovery.
