My ideal client is someone who is ready to tackle things that have been weighing them down, wants to grow their tool kit and gain better coping skills. I also enjoy working with couples who are ready to look inward and be honest with themselves on their roles in the dynamics and improve. I work with a wide array of clients but my most common clientele include adults who struggle with anxiety, ADHD andor depression and couples struggling to communicate or want to improve their bond even further. My passion is to help my clients achieve their goals through self-awareness, openness and a willingness to work. I also thoroughly enjoy working with couples who want to further improve their bond or navigate difficult times.
