Hi, I’m Alina Kheyson, LCSW, a licensed psychotherapist with over a decade of experience helping high-achieving professionals break free from burnout, chronic anxiety, and the pressure to always perform. My approach is warm, intuitive, and multidimensional, blending clinical expertise with deep, spiritually grounded insight.
Many of my clients are ambitious individuals who “have it all on paper,” yet silently struggle with overwhelm, disconnection, or a sense that something essential is missing. I create a space where you can pause, feel, and reconnect with your inner self, without judgment, without performance.
Using an integrative model that draws from psychodynamic therapy, somatic work, and trauma-informed care, as well as mindfulness and spiritual psychology, I tailor each session to support your whole self.
